Vasterival
This small village can be found west of Dieppe.
When you are driving to Dieppe over the D75 you can take in the village a road to the left, Route de Vasterival, you will see the bunkers instantly on your right hand. Next to the bunkers is a monument for the Allied soldiers who captured this German battery, the former battery consist 6 emplacements for a 15cm gun and additional personnel and ammunition bunkers. Both bunkers are in a poor condition and lay on private property and cannot be entered so it is hard to see what the purpose was of the bunkers, it must have been a personnel or a ammunition bunker.
