Veulettes sur Mer (2)

Va 013

This town can be found between Fecamp and St Valery en Caux, along the D79.
We have found bunkers on both side of the town, on the west side, on top of the hill we have found a beautiful complex with lots of personnel bunkers and trenches. The best way to approach the bunkers is trough the fields on top of the hill. We have found 5 Wellblechstands (personnel shelters), a 501 personnel bunker and some other Vf. bunkers.
All the trenches are still clearly visible, most of the bunkers are still in a good condition and some of them have still there armoured doors.

Types:
1x 501 personnel bunker with the serial number 310.
5x Wellblechstand, personnel shelter.
1x Vf. personnel with observation post.
1x Vf. personnel shelter.

We have found a second complex on the east side of the town, on top of the hill.
The best way to get to the bunkers is trough a field 100m inland, again we encountered some bulls that were walking trough the bunkers. Here we found a 502, 501 and a 134 on a row, east of those bunkers, on top of another hill is a L411 searchlight emplacement. There are two emplacements, L409, and a emplacement that looks like a L410, they are all build in A, that means that the walls and the roof are 3.50m thick. Inside the 367 is a beautiful camouflage, they painted a brick wall inside the bunker so it looked more like a home. Around the location several other bunkers can be found.

Types:
1x 502 personnel bunker.
1x 501 personnel bunker.
1x 621 personnel bunker.
1x 134 ammunition bunker.
1x 637 measuring post.
1x 680 casemate for a 7,5cm Pak.
2x L409 emplacement  build in A.
1x L410 emplacement for a 3,7cm gun, build in A.
1x L411 searchlight emplacement.
