Flensburg, Mürwik.
Marinefernmeldeschule Mürwik.

In Flensburg in the Mürwik neighbourhood lies the former Marinefernmeldeschule from the German Marine at the Mürwikerstraase. The locations is a old Marine location already long before the second world war. After the war it was still a Marine location till some years ago. Now a days most of the terrain a not longer in use by the military and therefore they are standing empty or are in transfer for other purposes.

During our visit to the location we found several  bunkers on the site. One bunker is a former troop shelter T750 and at the moment they are transforming it into an apartment building.
Near this T750 at the Mürwikerstrasse we found also a Air-raid shelter. The same type of air-raid shelter that we found in a other part of the complex at the Schwinemünder strasse where some buildings were abandoned. We think these air-raid shelter have been build after war during the Cold War period or are at least upgraded and modernised after the war.

Flensburg, Trollseelager.
Luftschutz bunkers.

At another location in Flensburg, at the Trollseelager we visited two war type Luftschutztürme type Rundbunker design Zombeck. These bunkers belonged probably to the Flensburger Werft, a shipyard during war time.
The are known under the names of Bunker Trollsee-Lager I and II. The bunkers are about 22.50 meter high and have walls between 1.50 -1.90cm and could contains about 250 people.
