Fort Oostoever Wn. 103M
On the opposite side of the canal by Fort Westoever lays Fort Oostoever. You find this other 19e century fort at the Het Nieuwe Diep along one of the inland harbours.
On this locations are some old fortifications works and facilities present and also some German remains.
The Germans build some Mg. posts and tobruks on the slopes at the canal side. We think that some of these objects are modified after the war by the Dutch Navy.
