Near the small village Schoonrewoerd between Leerdam and Vianen lies at the Overheijcop at nr 36 a former German radar location called Gorilla. The bunkers lie on private property and if you ask for permission you will be welcome.
The location lies on both sides of the road. On your right hand there are two Vf-buildings standing together with a water storage built in concrete. On the other side in the meadow lies the sockel of the Wurzburg Riese Radar that was once standing here. A second radar position in about 200 meters is not longer visible because it was worked under the ground.
